Module line installed capacity is 8MW on two shift basis based on160w modules. UPV Solar manufactures solar PV modules from 5w to 190w based on 125 mm PSQ cells and 125w to 190w from 156mm Psq cells as well.
The junction box is IP 64 tested. The anodized Aluminium frames, EVA, Tedlar, contact ribbons and toughed high transmissivity glass are sourced from Europe / USA and are stored suitably recommended conditions.
Our laser scribing facility helps us in manufacturing different capacity modules.
Our customers in Europe, Africa and South East Asian islands have well accepted our product.
We handle different specification of cells in our semi automated line. Every module is tested in Sun simulator and test parameters are recorded. We send our modules to Indian lab and European lab for performance evaluation and traceability for our own testers. |
